Great ropes, easy ordering, but a small hiccup

Used a 15% military discount code on some kinetic recovery ropes for my off-road rig. The checkout process was straightforward, and the code applied perfectly at the end, no stacking issues as expected. Delivery was quicker than I anticipated, arriving in just four days. The ropes themselves feel super high quality, really thick and robust, definitely on par with some of the more expensive brands like Bubba Rope or Factor 55 I've seen. My only minor nitpick is that one of the tie-down straps I added to my order had a loose thread, but it's purely cosmetic and doesn't affect functionality. Overall, a solid purchase and I feel confident these will hold up.

Good quality, consistent service

I've ordered a few things from Rhino now, mostly straps. This time I got a set of their ratchet straps. They're just as solid as the ones I got last year. Shipping was quick again, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. It's why I keep coming back.

Got my dirt bike straps

Needed new dirt bike straps so I ordered some from Rhino. They got here pretty fast, like four days. Straps seem strong and easy to use. No complaints, they do the job.

Decent value on recovery gear

I was looking for a good deal on a kinetic recovery rope and Rhino popped up. I signed up for their email and got 10% off, which helped. The rope seemed well made for the price I paid. Free shipping helped too. Felt like a good purchase overall, definitely worth it.

Smooth order, helpful support

I ordered a set of heavy duty tie down straps and some d-ring shackles for my truck. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. They shipped it out pretty fast, got here in about 4 days. One of the shackles had a minor paint chip, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and offered a replacement, which I appreciated. The straps themselves feel very robust, and the d-rings are solid metal. Everything seems to be good quality, as advertised. Good experience, would buy again.
